 1 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tbsp psyllium husk
 1 tsp spirulina powder
 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
 3-4 cubes of frozen spinach
 1-1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
 optional extra: 1/4 banana if you fancy a little sweetness
