My Story
Hi, I’m Natalie, a Registered Clinical Nutritionist, and mum of 3. I have a Dipolma in Holistic Nutrition from Wellpark College of Natural Therapies,a certificate in Qantum Reflex Analysis (Kinesiology), and I also did some further studies through Holistic Performance Nutrition.
I teach you how to eat well, so you can feel amazing.
I believe that simple changes can have a big impact. That eating well doesn’t have to be expensive. And that it’s not about restricting your diet, but about making better, realistic choices that work for your body, and your lifestyle.
And believe me, I get it.
A nutritionist shouldn’t just be passionate about healthy food, but compassionate about the barriers that often stand in the way of being well. I’ve been in the busy corporate world where it’s hard to stay on top of healthy eating. I know that in the midst of daily demands, we look for easy options. I know how hard it is to break old habits. I’ve also faced my own health challenges.
I know what it’s like to feel bloated, constipated, low in energy, be sick constantly, have skin problems, struggle with hormonal imbalances and struggle with constant cravings. I’ve suffered with eczema, asthma, IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), leaky gut, low immune system, PCOS (polycystic ovaries), endometriosis, sugar addiction, food allergies and intolerances, over-exercising.
Safe to say, I know what it’s like to feel that I don’t have the best of me to give – to my work, to my loved ones, or to really enjoying life.

Which is why I know I can help you.
Through my own challenges I’ve come to understand how food affects me, my symptoms and my overall health. After suffering for years and trying to find solutions, I took my health into my own hands as I kept getting dismissed by the medical world, they’d just hand me another script for a stronger dose of steriod cream, another script for antibiotics, I was given a script for metformin and the OCP and told that was the only way to manage my PCOS for life. I knew deep down this wasn’t right, the scripts and medications I kept getting given weren’t fixing the root cause of my issues, they were making them worse. By changing my diet and my lifestyle habits, I started healing myself from the inside out. I learnt to use food as medicine and nourishment, and as a way to better manage my health conditions and challenges.
Because of the difference this made in my own world, I wanted to learn more and understand why I was healing, what was happening in my body down to a cellular level. I also wanted to share my experience and knowledge with others, to help them reclaim their lives and health. This is why I went on to study Holistic Nutrition.
What started out as a blog with my recipes and meal ideas has turned into a business I am proud of. Following my heart, I’ve turned my passion into an opportunity to help others live the life they want for themselves, too.
I want you to be healthy, balanced and happy.
Because of my own experiences, I have a genuine desire to help others get well and stay well. I love being able to change people’s lives through simple diet and lifestyle changes. I love making people feel good about themselves. I love inspiring, motivating and supporting people on their health or wellness journey. Most of all I want to encourage people to take control of their own health so they can feel great every single day – and I’d love to help YOU.
