A Registered Clinical Nutritionist and wellness expert.

I’m also a mum of two (and one on the way), and while I’ve had three healthy pregnancies, I also had my own journey with fertility struggles, so I count my blessings daily!

Nutrition and pregnancy is something I’m so passionate about. Throughout my pregnancies I did everything I could to optimise my nutrition to maximise the health and development of my babies through pregnancy and beyond. I’ve done the research not just for myself, but for my clients. I’ve helped hundreds of expectant mothers do the same.
