I absolutely love this smoothie, I've been making it for years. It can be thrown together in a matter of minutes and is full of healthy fats, protein, fibre and greens to nourish your body and give you lasting energy. Enjoy! Nat xx

Ingredients:

 1 tbsp almond butter
 1 tbsp chia seeds or psyllium husk
 1-2 handfuls of spinach
 1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries
 1-1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
 Toppings - optional: raw cacao nibs, goji berries, paleo granola, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds

Method:

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend together until smooth. Pour into a glass jar and enjoy! Sometimes if I feel like being fancy I may top mine with raw cacao nibs and goji berries for some crunch.
