 4 squares of Lindt 85% dark chocolate
 1/3 cup coconut oil
 1/4 cup nut butter or tahini
 1 tbsp maple syrup
 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
 Flaky sea salt (optional)

Add all ingredients except sea salt) to a small saucepan and heat gently over low heat. Stir until everything is melted and smooth

Pour the mixture into silicone moulds, sprinkle with a little sea salt if you fancy, and place in the freezer for 2 hours or until set.

Once firm, remove from the moulds and store in an airtight container in the freezer or fridge.
