If you ever need to satisfy your sweet tooth then this smoothie is the way to go. It's the perfect afternoon pick me, the yummy banana date combo makes it creamy, thick and sweet. I like to use medjool dates as they contain beneficial minerals, vitamins, and fiber and give off a delicious caramel-like flavour.
Ingredients:
1serve vanilla protein powder
1tbspalmond or peanut butter
1tbspflaxseed
1small frozen banana
1medjool dates
½tspcinnamon
1cupunsweetened almond milk
handful of ice cubes
Method:

Remove stones from dates, then add all ingredients into a blender, blend into a creamy smooth consistency. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
