I’m a Registered Clinical Nutritionist, mum of three, and I’ve spent the past 10 years helping women balance their blood sugar, reduce cravings, and finally feel like themselves again.

But before I became a nutritionist, I was the woman you’re describing.

I struggled with PCOS, endometriosis, IBS, eczema, constant fatigue, and a mind that never stopped thinking about food. I was eating what I thought was healthy, yet I was still crashing, still craving, and still exhausted.

What if I can’t make the live calls?

No problem at all! Every call is recorded and uploaded to the private Facebook group so you can watch or rewatch at any time during the program. Many participants catch the replays in the evenings or over the weekend.

I already eat pretty healthily. Will this still make a difference?

Yes – and this program was actually designed with you in mind. Most women who join the reset are already eating well. The issue isn’t the quality of their food, it’s the balance, specifically how meals are structured to keep blood sugar stable across the day. You can eat kale salads and green smoothies and still have unstable blood sugar if protein, fibre, and fat aren’t in the right ratio. This reset teaches you my proven framework that makes healthy eating actually work for your energy and hormones.

Is this gluten-free and dairy-free?

Yes – the meal plan is entirely gluten-free and dairy-free. And I know what you might be thinking: but I love my cheese.

This isn’t about restriction or cutting things out forever. It’s about giving your body a genuine 10-day reset, and both gluten and dairy are worth removing temporarily for a specific reason.

Dairy, even in women who aren’t intolerant, can trigger an insulin response, meaning it can spike your blood sugar even when it doesn’t contain much sugar itself. It’s also a common driver of low-grade inflammation, bloating, and skin issues that many women have learned to live with without realising dairy is a trigger.

What if I don’t eat meat?

Is this reset safe if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
