Add all ingredients together into a large bowl. Stir together until well combined.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Pop it into the fridge as it is or add the bircher into individual glass jars so you can grab them and go in the morning. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
If you keep the mixture in a bowl, in the morning add 1\/5 of the bircher into a bowl, top with fresh fruit, a handful of nuts, a couple tablespoons of yoghurt and enjoy! <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":873,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","yoast_head":"\n
