If you know me personally you’ll know I’m all about adding dressings and sauces to meals. Dressing are one of the best ways to jazz up a salad or any meal. Delicious dressing and sauces can keep healthy eating exciting and not boring. As always with my recipes these are ridiculously easy to make and store well in the fridge for a few days in a concealed jar. Most store bought dressing are loaded with unhealthy fats and sugar, so why not put aside a few minutes each week and whip up your own healthy and nutritious dressing to enjoy. Here are 4 of my simple, healthy salad dressing recipes. <\/h2>\n

My Go-To Tahini Dressing<\/div>\n
2<\/span> <\/span> heaped tbsp of tahini<\/span><\/div>\n
Juice from 1-1\/2 lemon (depending on how juicy it is)<\/span><\/div>\n
3<\/span> tbsp<\/span> extra virgin olive oil<\/span><\/div>\n
Pinch of Himalayan salt<\/span><\/div>\n
1-2 garlic gloves, peeled and finely chopped<\/span><\/div>\n
Avocado Lime Dressing<\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> ripe avocado<\/span><\/div>\n
Juice from 1 lime<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tbsp<\/span> extra virgin olive oil<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> dijon mustard<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> honey<\/span><\/div>\n
Pinch of sea salt and pepper<\/span><\/div>\n
NB Cleansing Vinaigrette <\/div>\n
½<\/span> cup<\/span> extra virgin olive oil<\/span><\/div>\n
4<\/span> tbsp<\/span> raw apple cider vinegar<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> dijon mustard<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> honey<\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> <\/span> large garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced or crushed<\/span><\/div>\n
½<\/span> tsp<\/span> sea salt and pepper <\/span><\/div>\n
Miso Dressing<\/div>\n
3<\/span> tbsp<\/span> miso<\/span><\/div>\n
Juice from 1 lemon or lime<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tbsp<\/span> tamari<\/span><\/div>\n
3<\/span> tbsp<\/span> olive oil<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> tsp<\/span> honey<\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> tbsp<\/span> sesame oil<\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> tbsp<\/span> rice vinegar<\/span><\/div>\n
1-2 tsp freshly grated ginger<\/span><\/div>\n
1-2 tsp sesame seeds<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

My Go-to Tahini Dressing<\/div>\n

\n

Add all ingredients together in a jar or mug and mix together until well combined.
\n(I like mine quite thick, if you prefer a thinner consistency you can add more olive oil or lemon juice).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Avocado Lime Dressing<\/div>\n

\n

Add all ingredients together in a blender or nutribullet and blend together until smooth and creamy. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

NB Cleansing Vinaigrette <\/div>\n
\n
\n

Add all ingredients into a jar with a lid and shake vigorously until well combined.
\n(Tip – allow the dressing to sit for 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to come together).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Miso Dressing<\/div>\n
\n
\n

Peel and chop ginger into thin slice or grate it using a thin grater.
