Easy, Quick, Blood Sugar Supportive Breakfast – Eggs, Spinach, Avocado & Orange

 3-4 eggs
 1-2 handfuls of spinach
 1/2 avocado
 1/2 orange
 Olive oil or butter to fry the eggs in

Heat a fry pan on medium heat, add some olive oil or butter to a fry pan.

In a small bowl scramble the eggs, add the eggs and spinach to the fry pan, cook for a few minutes until the eggs are cooked through, stirring regularly to scramble them. Add the egg mixture, sliced avocado and sliced orange to a plate and enjoy!
