These chocolate almond protein balls have 11 grams of protein per ball! They are quick and easy to make either by hand or with a food processor in under 10 minutes. Whether you're searching for a pick-me-up snack, a low-calorie high-protein snack, or a high-protein snack to add into your kids' lunchbox, this is it! Not to mention they taste amazing! 

If you wanted to make them nut-free for your kids' lunchbox, you could swap the almond butter for tahini and the almond meal for ground oatmeal (grind it in a food processor). 

 5 tbsp almond butter
 3 tbsp maple syrup
 1/3 cup almond meal
 3 tbsp dessicated coconut
 2 tbsp water

Add all ingredients into a small bowl.
